Add a teammate here and the app creates their login and their staff record in one step — no Supabase needed.

Trainer marks attendance and sees rosters. Registrar works the outreach queues and manages family accounts, packs & bookings. Admin can do everything, including this page. When you add someone, they get an invite email with a set-your-password link — you'll also see a backup password to share in case the email doesn't land. Use Email invite on a card to re-send the link any time.

Deactivate shuts off access but keeps their name on past work — use it when a teammate leaves. Delete removes the account and login entirely so the email can be re-invited — use it for mistakes and test accounts.
