Locations

Add every venue AZSSA trains at. Sessions reference one location each. Families see the name (and address, if you fill it in) on their booking screen.

Public notes show to families ("Enter via south gate, park in lot B"). Internal notes are staff-only (gate codes, owner contact). Deactivate instead of deleting — historical sessions still need to reference the venue, even after it goes inactive. New sessions can't be assigned to inactive locations.
